Yes! When your orders ships out, you'll automatically be notified via e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a tracking number that you can click to see where exactly your package is on it's journey.

If you lose this tracking number, you can also email / DM us and we'd be happy to check on the status of your item!
If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please note that some items are made to order and may ship out 5-6 business weeks after they have been ordered.

Order confirmations are sent to all customers within 5-10 minutes of purchasing. If you have not received one, please check your spam / trash folder.

If you still can't find it, you can reach out to us for help (customer@yumecollective.co) and we’ll locate it. To locate your order, we'll just need your full name, shipping address, and purchase date.
Unsure what size to get? You can use our interactive Size Chart, found on every one of the product pages, to determine the best size for you.
The Interactive Size Chart can be used to compare our garment measurements to clothes you already own, to ensure our items fit you just as well.
If you still aren't sure, you can always DM or message us and we can help you out.
Yes! You have 10 days from when you receive your item to reach out and initiate your return / exchange process.

Your item must be in original condition with all the original tags and packaging to be considered.
Once your return / exchange is approved, we will process it within 3-5 business days and follow up with next steps.
